At Organic Zoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack your items in their original organic cotton bags and secure them in a mailing envelope or box to ensure they arrive safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
